Product Description
As there is always some rice and broken rice in the bran collecting system, sometime the whitener or polisher sieve is broken or not good assembled, so there are some good rice come out. If we do nothing, it is big waste, it will effect the milled rice rate, especially it will effect the oil quality and the oil processing.

GKTL Series husk separator
Husk separator installed together with LT and LMCT series paddy husker, To separate the paddy brown rice etc from the husk, this separator can be installated separated easy installation and good result.
It's used to separate the paddy and the broken brown rice from husk. Include the plump grain granule, rough crushed rice, incomplete granule, shriveled cereal, grain husk etc.
The extracted secondary grain can be used as the forage and wine raw material. It utilizes the wind power operation from the original air net. No need power, non pollution, easy installation, convenient operation. It's installed between the blower for husker suction and husker.
