Complete set of wheat flour machine can be divided into THREE parts:
1. Cleaning part
The part is to clean out the middle and small impurities from raw grain such as dust,sand,stone, magnetic material, poorly diseased wheat kernels and so on. It includes hitting, sieving, stones removal, magnetic materials separating and dampening. It is good for the next part--milling part.
2. Milling part
The second step is to mill the raw grain and separate the flour, bran and other by-product:
(1) Milling: milling the raw grain to break the kernels by the roller mill.
(2) Sieving: to separate the flour,bran and other by-product according to the particle size to ensure the flour quality.
3. Packing part
the final products can be packed by the manual or automatic weighing and packaging.
4. PLC controlling system
to make the whole set of processing line work well and control the working process.

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Big parts are packed by the plastic bubble film and small parts by the wooden case.
Shipping: All the machines will be sent by sea, if you need other kind of transportation, please inform us in advance.Also all the machines would be shipped timely after the receipt of payment. Before and after shipping, we will take photos of the machines and send them to our clients.
