Product Introduction:
SLHSJ Series Twin-shaft blade mixer is widely used for mixing powder, granule, flake, block and sticky materials in feed, food, chemical industry, medicine and pesticide industries. It can effectively improve the working effiency of feeding mixing, short mixing cycle ( 60-120s ), the bottom discharge type wide open door and low material residue rate.
Features and Advantages:
1. Fast mixing speed, mixing time of each batch: 0.5-2.5min.
2. High mixing uniformity and the coefficient of vibration CV≤ 5%.
3. Specific gravity, particle size, shape and other physical properties of the material mixed is not easy to produce segregation.
4. Wider range of liquid added, up to 20%.
5. Loaded with large range of variable number: 0.4-0.8.
6. Ton material consumption is small, 60% lower than the ordinary horizontal screw belt mixer.
7. A wide range of application, especially suitable for high precision material mixing production needs.
8. According to the needs of the users, its body material can be made of carbon steel, half stainless steal and all stainless steel.
Packaging:
All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
