TBLMY Series Cylinder High Pressure Pulse Filter
Application Scale:
The machine efficiently dedusts dirty air, widely used in grain, feed, construction and Chemistry industries.
Working Principle and features:
After dust-containing airflow enters the middle box body from the air inlet, some air precipitate and the slight dust is retained by filter bad during floating. Then the clean air enters into upper box through venturi-tube and discharge from air outlet. In a limited resistance range, the dust attached to the outside of filter bag should be cleaned. The controller triggers all control valve regularly. Then the compressed air in the air bag is blew out (primary air) through nozzle hole. And the ambient air (second air) several times more primary air is induced by venturi-tube into bag. The filter bag swells in a flash. With the airflow reverse effect, the dust is shaken off to dust door and discharged through ash valves.

Packaging:
All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
