XMS Series Wheat Washer
Product Introduction:
Wheat washer is one of the main equipment for wheat selection in grain processing. This equipment uses water washing method to remove sand and dirt on the surface of wheat grain, which has good performance in removing impurities of wheat. After washing, the wheat enters the dryer to dry. The equipment is suitable for medium and small flour milling plant.
This machine is mainly composed of two parts: water tank for washing wheat and dryer. With feeding, transmission, drainage, sand discharge, ventilation and other auxiliary devices.
Main usage of wheat washer:
1. Remove the crops and pesticide residue.
2. Remove the dirt in the wheat trench and reduce the ash content in the finished product of flour.
3. Adding water into endosperm to separate the bran and endosperm.
Packaging:
All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
