  Structure Features:
       1. Vibration feeder with frequency conversion function, the flow rate can be adjusted stepless according to the actual production. With automatic tracking extended drip plate, the feed is accurate so that the rubber roll at its best state.
        2. When there is no material, the rubber roll will automatically take off and when there is material, the rubber roll will automatically close. The feed door and the rubber roll are automatically controlled by the steam unit and the pressure between the rollers is directly regualted by the pressure regulating valve.
       3. Adopting the overall parallel structure of bearing pedestal, the rubber roll gets balanced stress and operates smoothly. The rubber roll is not easy to appear the phenomenon of big and small head.
      4. The peeling rate can reach 85-90%, so it has excellent seperating effects.
      5. Sychronous belt transmission is adopted between the gearbox and the fast and slow rollers, no skidding, no dropping speed, high effiency, low noise, stable and reliable process effect.
      6. With vertical air duct, it has good separation effect. The bran contains less grain and the coarse grain mixture contains less bran.

               
 Packaging: 
    All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
