Introduction
1.Full air pressure automatic control roller clutch and pneumatic friction plate clutch.And equipped with sensitive mechanical sensing device and servo feeding system,the size of the openning of the feeding door can be automatically adjusted with the change of material flow.
2.The grinding rooler is placed horizontally on the cast iron base with good shock absorption performance which can maintain the lowest noise and vibrition under the maximum load.
3.Wedge belt transmission is adopted between the fast and slow wheels of the machine to ensure smooth operation without deviation.
4.The high-qualiy cast iron structure of the lower part of the body is made by strict aging treatment and precision processing .while the upper part of the body is made of high-quality steel plate by CNC cutting and gas welding .The overall structure reasonable and the appearance is beautiful.
5.The grinding roller is subject to strict quality inspection and dynamic balance tretment to ensure smooth operation .
6.The machine can be installed in the second floor from the outflow material,installed in the first floor can be used to suck the material with the grinding chamber,selected by the user .
7.The motor is installed in the body ,making the whole machine easy to install.
