1. Cutting&drying part
The fresh cassava is cut into spices and then dried by the sun or drying machine.
2. Cleaning part
The part is to clean out small impurities from raw grain such as dust,sand, magnetic material and so on.
3. Milling part
The second step is to crush the raw material into smaller pieces and separate fiber from the flour;
(1) Milling: milling the smaller pieces into powder by the roller mill.
(2) Sieving: to separate fiber and other by-product from the powder.
4. Packing part
the flour can be packed by the manual or automatic weighing and packaging.
