Corn Emery Roll Dehuller Dry Hulling Corn Flour Line
Product Introduction:
The process uses whole dry method mixed desquamation technology, which can produce low-fat corn grits, corn flour, corn germ and corn skin at the same time. It can produce 2-5 kinds of different corn grits and 2-3 kinds of low-fat corn flour. The corn flour and grits have less germ and bran with high quality. Corn grits and corn flour are used as raw material for food and alcohol factories. They are also the best food for urban residents to eat to improve their lives. Corn peel can be used as feed. Corn skins do not need to be dried and packed directly.
Equipment Specifications:
1. End products: corn grits, corn flour, corn bran, etc.
2. Power Consumption: 50KW.H for tons of maize consumption.
3. Finished product rate: 45-55% for corn grits; 25-30% for corn flour; 20-30% for corn bran; corn grits and corn flour total production rate 70-80%.
Product Quality Indicators:
1. Corn flour fineness:40-100 mesh (adjustable).
2. Sand content: no more than 0.02%.
3. Magnetic metal content: no more than 0.003g/kg.
4. Water: storage type, 13.2-14.5%.
5. Color odor: natural maize color, smell and taste normally.
6. Fat content: 0.5-1%.
Corn flour making machine processing procedures:
1. Cleaning: bucket elevator lifts and conveys the raw matertial-------magnetic selector to remove the magnetic contained material to ensure the safety of the following work-------precylinder sieve to remove the large impurities-----high efficiency vibrating sieve to remove the large, middle and small impurities------gravity destoner to remove the sand, stone, mud and so on.
2. Dehulling: combined emery roll corn dehuller and iron roll dehuller to seperate the peel of the corn, then bran separator to remove the bran.
3. Degermination and extraction: corn degerminator to break the corn kernel and separate the corn peel, embyro and endosperm. The embyro extractor to extract the corn embyro.
4. Crushing: hammer mill to crush the corn kernel into corn grits. Then corn sifter to divide it into large, medium and small grits.
5. Flour milling: corn flour mill to grind the corn into flour. Then use sifer to grade the flour.
6. Packing: automatic packing machine or vacuum packing machine to pack the corn flour.
Packaging:
All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
