1.Color high-resolution CCD image acquisition system

system, which can acquire full color information of red, green and blue material.

of 0.15mm, it can accurately detect the small defects and spots of beans .The high precision lens helps ensure the image more clear and accurate.

Considering the complexity of raw material,we use complicated regional classification method
and realize material analysis and classification within the color gamut, so the accuracy of
material identification is assured.
3.Unique feeding system
Due to its adjustable module design, the feeding system can accommodate
 various kinds of beans for a wider application range of beans color sorter.
Special chute design ensures the uniformity of material flow,and thus, 
the best image accquistion and defective material rejection effects can be achieved.
4.Optional quality ejector
For materials of small grains , the imported high frequency ejector is more effective .
