Working principle of oil press machine
Working principle of multifunctional screw oil press machine: the power coming from the main motor transfers to the main shaft through the decelerator; with the rotation, pressing screw mounted on the spindle continues to push  the oil between spiral forward. Since the gap between barrel and pressing bolts gradually reduces and oil density increases, the pressure increases. In the press process, friction occurs between the oil particles and between the fuel and parts, which produces the two elements of oil extraction process, heat and pressure, and destroy fuel cellular tissues, then the oil spill from the oil line,  while oil cake is pushed out between the cake mouth and press portion, when spilled oil flows through the above of the filter drums using the oil pan, pumping the air out of the barrel, a negative pressure occurring in the barrel. Oil is drawn into the oil filter barrel through the filter cloth, while diesel was isolated in the cloth top, then pure oil done.

Maintenance of Oil Press Machine
(A) Lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours. Oil cup above the reduction gearbox should not be out of oil. Pressing screw shaft bearing inside the screw should be adjust in the screw hole, and butter should be added per shift. Dry grinding is prohibited.
(B) Every lubrication should prevent intrusion of dust and other contaminants. quality of gearbox engine oil should be checked every year, replacing all the oil as long as detecting deterioration,.
(C) When the press quantity is reduced, and the cake or the oil is not normal, Pressing screw shaft bearing pulled out, pressing bolts, cage bars, the cake circle should be checked, and worn-out parts must be promptly replaced ( there is a long-term supply of spare parts in our company ).
(D)After every shift working, left cake in the machine should be removed, and keep the machine clean without surface dust and grease.
(E) After production season and before long-term storage, the machine should have a maintenance, and pressing bolts, cage bars, cake circle should be unpicked and washed, re-anoint them, keeping them in dry place, so that you can ensure a more permanent press service life.
