Rice bran pretreatment :
raw rice bran may contain little impurity which can be removed by filtering; and then entering conditioning system, put some steam(about 2%of material) into the raw material to make it soft for pressing oil.

It can directly enter the physical refining plant for refining purification; cake produced in the press step contains little crude oil, which need to enter the extraction plant for further extraction of crude oil.
oil cake enters the extractor, and hexane solvent is added thereto, so that the oil in the cake can be dissolved in solvent to get the mixed oil. through the filter media (screens), the end of the meal contained in the solid entrapped, relatively clean mixing oil got.
Mixed oil evaporation:
because of the characteristics of oil almost non-volatile, and solvents with low boiling point and easily volatile, use the method of steam heating coil to vaporize the solvent, so the concentration of oil in the mixed oil is greatly improved.
Mixed oil firstly enters the first long-tube evaporator tube from the mixing tank, solvent evaporated enters first steam condenser via the separation chamber; concentrated mixed oil enters the second long tube evaporator for evaporation, the solvent evaporated enters the second steam condenser through separation chamber. The non-aqueous solvent vapor out of the first and second evaporators flow directly into the recycling solvent tank after cooling by exchanger.

through evaporation, concentration of the mixed oil is greatly improved, but a small amount of solvent oil still contained, which can be removed by steam stripping. Mixed oil and water are immiscible. Some open steam with a certain pressure is lead to the concentrated mixed oil with high boiling point (the amount of direct steam introduced into about 2 percent of that of material), while the closed steam is introduced into the jacket of the equipment, to keep the direct steam in the mixed oil without condensate. The pressure of direct steam and the solvent vapor pressure are balanced with the outer pressure, so that the solvent will be boiling, reducing the boiling point of the high-boiling solvent. The direct steam without condensation entrained the condenser for condensate recovery with solvent distilled off together. After crude oil after stripping enters the refining plant for physical refining.
Wet meal desolventizing:
wet meal filtered and isolated by extractor contains small amount of solvent, into which water vapor is introduced for exsolution to remove the solvent. The principle is the same as the mixed oil stripping.
By a stripper, removing solvent vapor out of the mix containing a small amount of water into the condenser, the solvent was condensed, the solvent water mixture flows into the trap manifold were separated solvent flows into the circulation tank.
The precipitate filtration:
crude oil contains insoluble impurities particles, mainly including bread slag, sand, grass clippings, etc.. For their gravities are different with that of oil, they can be separated by natural sedimentation.

Oil flows in the tower for about 15mins, temperature of deodorization is about 230 ºC, amount of direct steam is 1% of oil weight.
Mixed fatty acids extracted from deacidification and deodorization streams into the fatty acid circulation tank after being trapping by the structured packing collecting tower, where mixed fatty acid was cooled to 60-70 ºC. Cooled mixed fatty acids is pumped to the distributor in the collecting tower top by the fatty acid circulating pump, flowing from top to bottom in the filler surface, contacting fully with the high temperature mixed fatty acids gas flow from bottom to top in a high speed, to finish the heat exchange, to make the mixed fatty acid gas into liquid which is easy to be trapped and pumped into the fatty acid plant by the pipeline as a by-product.
deodorized oil contains a small amount of rice bran wax. Under a higher temperatures, bran wax dissolved in oil with molecules dispersion state. Pump the deodorized oil into a condensate tank for crystallization and cooling. Pump the cooled oil into frame filter to press, then pour the refining rice bran oil into the oil tank, while the bran wax flows on cloth , so as to achieve oil and wax separation.
the resultant product after refining is temporarily stored in the oil filling, pumping into the filling line, using a small filling machine to fill and sell.
